Consultant, Expert Witness, Electrical & Mechanical Accidents
Patent Cases
I analyze patents for infringement, validity, and other intellectual property problems. I work for both plaintiffs and defendants. "I calls'em as I sees 'em"
Typical Patent & Intellectual Property Cases
- Patent infringement, automobile accessory
- Patent infringement, sporting goods
- Patent infringement, automatic window shade control
- Patent claim interpretation, a consumer electrical product
- Patent infringement, consumer product (Including rebuttal of adversary witness)
- Patent validity, I demonstrated, in court, that a patent on a brace for ditch walls read on both ancient and modern structures
- Patent validity, I had personal knowledge of a key reference and also demonstrated that the invention would be obvious to "one skilled in the art"
- Patent infringement, an electro-mechanical device
- Alleged patent infringement. I explained to client why his product did not infringe.
- Trade secret lawsuit. I advised client how to present his evidence in court.
- Analysis of the calendar timing of date of conception of a patented invention for the allocation of intellectual property ownership rights in a divorce action
- Trade secret between a purchaser and vendor
- Intellectual property, license to a toy
- Intellectual property in a contract
- Business lawsuit based on disputed patent strategy
- Judgment of the ethics of a patent agent. (Canadian case)
- Contributory infringement case, home security product.
- Technical, financial, and patent advice to an inventor
